The awesome weekend

Now that I have been termed as a farzi blogger by one of my very good friends, just because of my extremely reduced frequency of posting blog posts, I am reminiscent of the day when Abhiram said that my blog gets update more frequently than Rediff's news. Those were the days... phewww!!! :)

These days I find hard to think of a topic to write. Now that I have decided only to script personal experiences of mine, and no news/reviews/socialism/copy-paste etc, I have lost the vigor to write. Professionalism doesn't allow me to write about office so publicly and now that my life is only office to home to office, there is not much topic.

Indeed. But then, somehow I have the stuff to write today. Not that I am going to crib about India's tie against England yesterday in the WC, nor anything about the Financial Budget of 2011.

Actually, it is about the most awesome time I sometimes get to spend. About every alternate weekend I visit Arunesh's place and enjoy there. Home cooked food, mother like aunty, seems a family away from family. But then, this weekend I went to meet Victor. He has come to Delhi for few days, so I went to Anshul's place. Kush was also there.

I reached Saturday afternoon and the plan was to leave by Sunday evening. As a matter of fact, the school friends are always awesome and so are these bunch of guys. We watched the movie Mirch in the evening on the lappy. The choice of the movie with 4 guy friends sitting around is just obvious. In the night, it was all about Vodka :)

We slept at about 3:30 am and then I got up at 10 in the morning. Watched the match, with Sachin scoring yet another fantastic ton. As I was about to leave at 6, they asked me to stay over and leave tomorrow morning. It becomes so tough to get up at 6 am, board the metro from Dwarka to Noida (1.5 hours), reach home, get ready and go to office. I reached office today at 10:30 am. However, match tied. Huh!!! I am so so so angry.

Victor is going to stay for few more days. If he is here till Saturday, may be we shall meet up Voila. It has been months I have seen her.

Meanwhile, the tension because of my roomie continues. I am happier at office than at home, unlike about all the humans. Performance at office going awesome but back at home, it is so frustrating. People say don't bring office life into home. It is vice versa with me. I take my home tension (and not because of wife) to office.

I stop here. Probably, will write more soon. Sumit, you have given me a reality check now :)
